They are available in four flavors: Original, Barbeque, Tex-Mex and Teriyaki
Tex-Mex is a spicy mesquite smoked stick, Original is a zesty hickory smoked stick, Barbeque is a sweet & mild hickory smoked stick and our gluten free Teriyaki sticks are maple smoked . These four flavors are exclusively formulated for our farm by our local processor.
We use 100% grass-fed and finished beef, sourced from our farm. Our European beef cattle are rotationally grazed and administered no supplemental hormones or antibiotics. Our lean ground beef is combined with all natural ingredients, we use no fillers. All of our sticks are gluten free, this includes our Teriyaki that is made with wheat free Tamari Sauce instead of Soy Sauce.
They are uncured, other cured meats use chemicals and additives while our uncured beef sticks are preserved the traditional way with salts and vinegar, then smoked with 100% real hardwood chips, not glued together sawdust pellets.
There are no added nitrates or nitrites except for those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt and there are no added MSG’s. Each 1.5 oz stick is individually vacuum sealed in BPA free packaging. They are shelf stable and require no refrigeration. They have a shelf life of 12 months.
